Newnan Country Club’s Men’s Golf Association in conjunction with the Golf Shop, organizes monthly golf tournaments for the Club. Come out and play, meet new members and play with friends in some unique formats.
The MGA is asking you consider joining our Association. Our goal is to promote fellowship and camaraderie by sponsoring numerous golf tournaments throughout the year. Membership dues are $50 annually which covers the period November each year through October the following year. This charge will be billed to you by the Club and will appear on your monthly statement.
Our tournaments (which are in addition to the Club sponsored tournaments} begin in November each year and culminate with a two-day Ryder Classic event in October the following year (see schedule below}. The tournament entry fee is normally $25 plus cart, and all the money collected is paid out in Pro Shop credit. There is no entry fee for those who qualify for the end of-year Ryder Classic by actively participating in tournaments throughout the year.
